How To Configure Pay-Over-Time Callout

The Pay-Over-Time Callout displays a strong message to your customers showing that you offer a pay-over-time plan. This will show what the payments amount will be and at what frequency. 


Please note that this feature requires additional payment methods set up in order to allow your customers to finance your products. You can use services such as Affirm or Klarna.


Configuring Pay-Over-Time Callout

  1. Within the theme customizer, navigate to a product page that has the desired template that you'd like to edit.
  2. Once on the product page, select the section "Product Details" on the left side toolbar. 
  3. Within the toolbar, scroll to towards the bottom of the settings until you see a group of settings under "INSTALLMENT MESSAGE". 
  4. Check the box "Enable Installment Message" to enable this feature. 
  5. Enter the text for each field to showcase what type of payment plan you are offering for you product.



    The "Installment Lowest Payment" field is the amount that your user can pay per payment for your product.

    The "Installment Frequency" is how often your customers will be making payments on this product. Monthly, weekly, etc.

    The "Installment Instructions" field should explain to the customer how to select to finance your product when purchasing.
