How To Set Up In-Cart Progress Bar

The In-Cart Progress Bar feature visually tracks the users spending within the cart in order to reach a specific set goal. This entices the customer to want to spend more in order to reach the goal.

Configuring The In-Cart Progress Bar

  1. Within the theme customizer, scroll and click on "Theme settings" within the left side toolbar. Ensure you do not already have a section opened before clicking on theme settings.
  2. From here, click on the section "Cart Promotions". You'll then see a group of settings under "CART PROGRESS BAR".

  3. Check the box "Show cart progress bar" to turn on the progress bar.

The "Progress bar goal" field is used to determine what the goal should be set at (in your store's currency). The goal is the amount in which the user should spend in order to reach a specific promotion or goal you have set in place. This field is for numbers only - do not include any other characters besides numbers in this field.

The "Progress bar message" field is the message that will display to your customers before they reach their goal. Use this area to explain what promotion they can redeem once reaching the goal. Using [amount] within the text area will display the amount the user has to spend before reaching the goal. This is calculated automatically as the user spends.

The "Progress bar success message" is the message that displays once the customer has reached the goal. Use this area to indicate that the user has reached the goal.
