How To Set Up Second Chance Promotions

Second-chance promotions (Floating Promo) is a feature that gives your users another chance to redeem a promotion after they close out of the initial Promo Pop-up. 

Configuring Second Chance (Floating) Promos

1. Within the theme customizer, visit the section "Promo Pop-Up" in the left side toolbar.
   
   
2. From here, scroll down in the toolbar to the field group area "FLOATING PROMO BUTTON". You'll see a group of settings to configure the floating promotion feature.
   
   
3. Ensure you check the box "Enable Floating Promo" to enable this feature.
4. The "Floating Promo Position" field controls where the initial button will appear on your website. This will either float on the bottom right, left or center of the page.
5. The button text controls what the trigger button text will display. 
6. The main text area is controlled from the "Subtitle" field in the upper area of the "Promo Pop-Up" settings.
