How To Set Up Sales Pop

The sales pop feature allows you to display notifications on your store front to display social proof without the need for using or installing additional apps.

Configuring Sales Pop

Sales pop can be configured right in the theme customizer. Follow these steps to set up Sales pop:

  1. In the theme customizer, visit the section Sales Pop in the left-side toolbar.
  2. From here, you'll see a list of settings to configure the sales notifications. First, select the product that you would like to appear in the sales pop. This will pull in the product title, URL and image.
  3. Next, there are 3 key fields that are required for the sales pop to function. The fields are LocationsNames and Time Stamp

    The Locations field is to display where your purchases are coming from. The Names field is to display who is purchasing the product. The Time Stamp field is to display when the order took place.



    ALL of these above fields should have each different data piece separated by comma. Example, the Locations field may look like: "Boston, Orlando, New York" while the Names field might look like "John, Jerry, Jim".
  4. The last field is to choose whether the data should randomize or go in sequential order.*

Please note that this feature does not automatically pull in live order data. This relies on the data entered above in order to function.
